3. How We Use It

To create and manage your account, and enforce the listing limits on free accounts.
To publish your listing after review, and let you edit or remove it.
To forward enquiries to the relevant seller.
To send account and listing-related emails — registration confirmation, listing approval, enquiry notifications, and similar.
To send marketing emails, but only if you’ve actively opted in via the separate checkbox at registration.

4. Who We Share It With

Sellers see the name, email, phone number (if given), and message of anyone who enquires about their listing — this is the whole point of the enquiry form, and is not shared any more widely than that.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Businesses listed in our Driving Instructor Services directory do not receive any user data through the Site automatically. Where an enquiry relates specifically to a featured partner’s services, only the details you choose to share are passed on to coordinate that enquiry.
We may share data where required by law, or to investigate suspected fraud or misuse of the Site.

5. How Long We Keep It

Listings expire automatically after a set period unless renewed.
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Enquiry messages are kept for a reasonable period to allow disputes or fraud reports to be investigated, then deleted.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Object to or restrict certain processing
